Currently there are three different 2 hour group sessons:-

Mindfulness for the release of stress and anxiety -
Mindfulness teaching techniques delivered in a way that helps you to release unresolved issues in order to achieve equanimity and peace.  

Mindfulness for Illness and Loss -
Helping you place ilness into perspective, assisting you to accept illness and learn to live around it, in order to have a more meaningful life.
Teenage Therapeutic Art (21 day challenge) -
Uses a variety of art media to identfy and take action on life changes, thoughts and behaviours leading to healthier patterns of thinking and behaviours.

Please note: that as these normally take place in the woodland and yurt area appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.

1-to-1 hypnotherapy
30€ per hour

Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis either with suggestions or analytical techniques to help resolve any emotional issues that may be having a negative effect on your life in some way.

Some of the more popular issues:
- Depression,
- Weight loss,
- Giving up Habits,
- Pain Relief,
- IBS,
- Phobias,
-Self Esteem.

Childrens and Young persons issues: such as Bullying, Eating Disorders, Anxiety and Self Esteem.

Group Hypnotherapy

- therapy, seminar and relaxation sessions,

As a group we will look at how we eat, how we walk, how we sit, how we breath and how we think?

We will work with you to re-programme your mind to start the process of thinking positively, using Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.. 

if we can realign our minds we can then control our body.
