Step 4 - To 7 ways to rid Anxiety
Excersise This can be a frightening subject if you’re not used to exercise, however this could be your saving grace in helping you getting over your anxiety. There are many forms of passive exercise walking, dancing, golf, or tai chi. The more aggressive types of exercise are running, weight lifting, aerobics to karate, or something that you choose. You may try several types of exercise until you land on one that you prefer. It’s not all about exercising the body but also the mind, either would

Step 3 - Ways to rid anxiety
MIND I think of times when I was a child, being on holiday and recreating those special times that meant so much to me. I run this through my head several times. I think of the holidays I have had as an adult with the very special moments I have made for myself. The gifts I have enjoyed the most as a child, a particular bike and as a teenager a motorbike, once more I run these thoughts over and over in my mind. Having my children and noticing how they made me feel and those times when you

    Step One to rid Anxiety
There are varying degrees of suffering anxiety, so before it gets too bad or you have been a long-term sufferer of anxiety you need to know how to manage this to an acceptable level so it doesn’t ruin your day. One of the best ways to help yourself is to monitor your emotions and stay in control especially at those times you know your anxiety will go up a level. If this is the case you can internally gauge how you feel from one moment to the next and so you can manage the anxiety more

There are small goals and the overall objective
I always find that January is a time when we can become a little down, a time to return back to work, the shopping whether online or picking it up on our way home from work and then there’s the general housework to do when we get home. Its difficult sometimes to stick to those New Years Resolutions we set ourselves, but we can do it, especially if we talk to those around us and agree some ‘Me Time’. However, sometimes we just have to acknowledge that our New Year’s Resolutions were unreasonable
  5. Truffles
    10 Jan, 2018
Yesterday we decided it was time to think about putting up the Yurt in Truffle Wood ready for delivering the group weight loss sessions.  However, something happened that stopped play, we found Truffles, how exciting!  We planted spores around the Oak Trees last year and was not expecting to find any Truffles for another 8-10 years.  But unbeknown to us, it would appear that the spores are aleady in the woods naturally. Alan is now thinking of organising Truffle Hunting weekends, lol, always
  6. Change your mindset

    Change your mindset
So the beginning of a new year allows us to make new choices, to get rid of the old habits and renew ourselves both in body and mind. The fact that we keep making resolutions even when we don’t always follow through ultimately means that we have hope and a certain level of belief in our ability to change and be more of who we really want to be.  But just because we want to change and be a better person doesn't mean we have to go all out and making huge changes to our lives.  Think small we can

    My Resolution
A sneak preview into my New Years Resolutions - Keep Fit. To take part in group activities, I like to be with others and it helps me to keep to my goals if I have the support of others, now you might say that this is because I am competitive or that I prefer to be with others face to face. This Christmas a Fitbit arrived for me, unfortunately on Christmas Eve I bent down to pick something up and low and behold my back seized up.  I have been in severe pain ever since, no sympathy needed. On the

Why Your Titles Should Be No Longer Than This
When you're writing your next post, consider this: 80% of people will read your blog headline, but only 20% will stay for the rest.   So, if headlines are 400% more important than what comes after them (where there’s already ever-increasing competition to attract eyes), you need to be more concise than ever to get attention. The Importance of Title Length A guide on the right length for your post titles If you want to keep your followers’ attention while conveying your brilliant wordplay, keep
